New Horizons Ministries is a faith-based nonprofit organization in Fremont County, Colorado, providing hope, connection, and lasting support to families impacted by incarceration.

Because of generous community support, children of prisoners experience stability and love in safe homes, kids clubs, and summer camps. Moms and dads behind bars encounter Christ through discipleship behind bars and chaplain-led services in Colorado prisons. Families navigating incarceration receive compassion and practical support as they work toward healing and restoration.

Together, we can empower families to build trusting relationships, break the cycle of incarceration, and create a future of lasting transformation.
