ECHO & Family Center Early Childhood Council

The Mission of the ECHO and Family Center Early Childhood Council is: To promote and sustain a comprehensive, high quality early childhood system to support families and prepare children for success in school and life.

ECHO has been serving children prenatal to kindergarten age in Fremont County since 1978. Formalized partnerships with the community organizations allow ECHO and Family Center Early Childhood Council to coordinate and sustain a comprehensive system for local children and families.

ECHO provides a single entry point for families to the following:

Colorado Universal Preschool
Access to Childcare Providers
Infant/Toddler Mental Health Services
Access to Family Support Programs
Comprehensive Early Childhood Developmental Screenings
Access to Home Visitation Programs
Dolly Parton Imagination Library Program
