Light Up the Park Festival

Penrose Park & Recreation District is looking for churches, school groups, clubs, businesses, families and organizations to help light up the park for Christmas.  Each group will be designated a 20' x20' area in the Penrose Park where they may decorate a holiday scene.  All scenes must be rated G and approved by the PP&RD Events Committee.  Some generators may be needed.  Cash prizes will be awarded.
