The Fremont County Community Concert Association is pleased to announce its next concert, David Shannon – “Ireland’s Greatest Showman”. Mr. Shannon will perform on Sunday, February 20th, at 3:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church, 801 Main Street, Canon City. David Shannon grew up in Ireland and has been singing professionally for over 25 years. David is renowned for his engaging style and charming personality. He recently released his second solo album Abhaile. David has played some of Broadway’s most famous roles, including The Phantom (Phantom of the Opera), Jean Valjean (Les Miserables), Sweeney Todd (Sweeney Todd), Judas (Jesus Christ Superstar), Chris (Miss Saigon), and most recently Kevin T in the original London company of Come From Away. He was nominated for Best Actor at the Olivier’s (the British version of the Tony Awards) for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Beautiful Game. David's program will feature songs from Elton John, Billy Joel, Ed Sheeran, Josh Groban, Michael Buble, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Kodaline, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Frankie Valli and many more. David also enjoys a busy schedule performing with orchestras around the world. David, a tenor, will be ably supported by both a fine pianist and a fine guitarist on this tour.

The Fremont County Community Concert Association is pleased to announce its next concert, David Shannon – “Ireland’s Greatest Showman”. Mr. Shannon will perform on Sunday, February 20th, at 3:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church, 801 Main Street, Canon City. Season tickets are still available for this and two other concerts for $55. Individual tickets are $20. Students 18 and under receive complimentary admission.
